Lumieres de Baia offers FREE shipping on all domestic orders over $100. If you need expedited service or International service please refer to the chart below for shipping rates and delivery times. All orders placed by 11:00 a.m. EST will normally be processed and shipped the same day based on stock availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after the times listed are shipped the following business day. All orders are shipped from Canada (Toronto) or Brazil (SP) Lumieres de Baia is not responsible for shipping or other delays caused by events beyond our control.

International Duty and Tax 

 

Lumieres de Baia does not collect duty or sales tax for international orders. However, we are NOT responsible for any duties, tax or fees levied by your government. In most cases, the carrier will attempt to collect duty or taxes when the package is delivered. Usually there are no taxes for small orders especially if shipped with Registered Post however international shipments to some countries may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

Orders placed using a credit card with an International billing address go through a fraud verification system. You may experience a few days delay in your shipment.

RETURNS


We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if something doesn't work out, we accept full returns for unmarked, unworn, and unwashed merchandise purchased at regular price and postmarked within 14 days of your purchase on condition following:

-          Returned items must be in original (new) condition.

-          Delivery costs cover only ONE exchange per purchase. Second exchanges - with garments fulfilling Returns & Exchanges conditions - will require costumer to meet delivery costs.

-          Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, not dry cleaned, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and must be posted by Registered Mail to reach our Toronto office within 14 days of the order date.

-          For regular priced items only, you can choose to receive another size, color, or different style in exchange; or have the purchase price (excluding postage) credited to your original method of payment. Please clearly advise by email when you return the item whether you would like another item in exchange or a refund.

-          Items purchased on sale are non refundable / exchangeable. Please note that all clearance items are final sale.

Please allow up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. Once an eligible return has been processed, we will notify you via email. Please note that it may take your financial institution additional time to post the credit to your account. We recommend that you contact them if you have questions regarding the timeline, since this information varies by company. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The Return Policy does NOT apply to items that have not been looked after correctly. This return option will become Void if the item appears dirty, used, damaged, or laundered or it appears the correct washing instructions were not followed and whose tags, labels or seals have been removed or that there has been evident tampering with the garment.

LUMIÈRES DE BAIA considers that Deodorant, Spray Tan, and/or any Make-up on garments define them as worn. (All garments are checked BEFORE delivery) 


 


 

EXCHANGES


If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you place a new order for the replacement to ensure its availability and mail back the original. Please contact us at 1.888.853.9797 during normal business hours (8am-8pm EST), or email us at customercare@lumieresdebaia.com providing an explanation of why you would like to return or exchange the item quoting Date of Purchase, Order Number and Description of Garment. Return the item within 14 days of your purchase including explanation and Order number and Receipt. You must ensure the item arrives with all labels intact, for Policy to apply.

This return option will become Void if the item appears dirty, used, damaged, or laundered or it appears the correct washing instructions were not followed and whose tags, labels or seals have been removed or that there has been evident tampering with the garment.

NOTE: Shipping Is NOT refundable and is the customer’s responsibility. Charges will be at customer’s expense for exchanges. We will only cover shipping costs if an evident manufacturing fault is the reason for return.

 

Exchange Details:

If the item you are choosing in exchange costs LESS than the original item, the balance of the original items purchase price (excluding original postage) will be credited to your original method of payment.

If the item you are choosing in exchange costs MORE than the original item, then we will send a special link to purchase the difference.

Note: the original items postage cannot be credited towards the purchase price of an item you choose in exchange.

IMPORTANT NOTE for ALL Returns, whether for Exchange or Refund:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, not dry cleaned, with tags attached and undamaged, in their original packaging, and must be posted by Registered Mail within 7 days of the date the item was received at your post office.

For returns to be speedily approved and processed please email advice of your intent on customercare@lumieresdebaia.com including name & contact details, Order number or Receipt number, and basic reason for Return request.

NOTE: Please do NOT use Standard Post as items mailed in this manner do not require a signature and can be sometimes an issue. Please use Registered Mail

We do NOT refund / exchange sale items.
